I finally did it. This morning after my treadmill “wog” (walk/jog), I finally made the smoothie I’ve been wanting to make since Tuesday…well..almost…
I started with about 1 cup of frozen fruit – strawberries and mango. And diced up a fresh kiwi.
Then added about 3 tablespoons of vanilla activia yoghurt. It looks great here…I should have just stopped and eaten it like this! (and i definitely will next time around)
I also added a bit of water to the mix.
Then I blended it up…and it came out like this…
Certainly not the most attractive colour. (insert very sad face)
As far as taste goes, it was mediocre. Next time, I’m following a recipe.
