Good morning everyone! Who’s ready to tackle this day with all your might and power to make it a good one?
I am! …especially because I let myself sleep in and missed my morning workout. (I blame it on that dreary winter weather outside..and my 8 a.m. class). No fear though, I will be hitting my residence gym some time around midday – I’m pushing myself to not be afraid to be flexible with my routine.
A good day needs a good (and attractive) breakfast.
It may have been a bit on the small side, but was perfectly satisfying:
- half of a banana
- 5 and 1/2 strawberries…one half fell on the floor 😦
- 1/2 peanut butter Clif bar
- 2 tbsps activia vanilla yoghurt
- flax seeds
Can anyone say yummy?
