Good morning everyone. It’s Friday!!!! Only a few more hours till the weekend.
Let’s celebrate with pumping P90X Plyometrics
And banana oatmeal with a touch of almond butter!
I for one am so happy that it’s Friday. Although my weekend will probably be considerably busy (with homework, groceries, laundry, group projects and so on), there is something about the words “Friday evening” that bring such peace to my mind.
Here’s a recap of the rest of yesterday (since I didn’t manage to post anything).
I devoured a delicious pear barlett during my audio class break.
Tried to find one of the healthier cafeteria options for lunch.
(meatless stir-fry with an absurd amount of rice)
Had dinner part 1 before heading off to do some group work on a project at 6 p.m.
(ryevita with hummus, half of a tomato and cucumber)
Had dinner part 2 when I got back at.
(brussels sprouts, cauliflower, salsa and a slice swiss cheese)
And ended my night with a cup of coffee.
It’s one of those pre-mixed ‘3-in-one’ drinks. A tad sweet, but no guilt there.
And that was my Thursday (just in terms of food, of course.)
