Since I’ve been following healthy living blog over the last few months, I’ve discovered countless interesting and delicious recipes. One of them was Overnight Oats and this morning, I finally gave it a shot.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- chia seeds
Pop that into the fridge overnight…(or one hour in my case)…and top with a generous serving of fruit or whatever toppings tickle your fancy. Blueberries and blackberries were my choice today.
It was creamy. It was delicious.
It was amazing down to the very last bite and I can’t wait to make it again!
